SIX YEARS AGO, I COULDN'T DO A SINGLE PUSH-UP. I COULD HARDLY CARRY A BASKET OF LAUNDRY UP THE STAIRS WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF BREATH.

I'D HAD TWO BABIES, THIRTEEN MONTHS APART, AND DEFINITELY DIDN'T HAVE TIME OR ENERGY FOR FITNESS.
ONE DAY, WHILE STARING INTO A FULL-LENGTH MIRROR AT THE MALL, I WAS SHOCKED BY WHAT I SAW STARING BACK AT ME.
I DIDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE MYSELF.
I WAS EXHAUSTED AND SORE ON THE DAILY.

INCLUDING 20 MINUTE (OR LESS) AT-HOME WORKOUT AND BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS,
I FELL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS,
AND WATCHED THE NEW LIFESTYLE I HAD FORMED CHANGE MY ENTIRE LIFE.
I DIDN'T HAVE TO EXIST ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY OWN LIFE ANYMORE.
I FOUND FREEDOM IN A STRONGER, MORE CAPABLE BODY.
I BECAME SO PASSIONATE ABOUT EMPOWERING OTHER WOMEN TO REACH THEIR GOALS THAT I BECAME A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND A PRE AND POSTNATAL SPECIALIST.
I NOW TEACH WOMEN HOW TO GET RESULTS BY MAKING SMALL, SUSTAINABLE CHANGES, HOW TO DITCH THEIR DIETS AND ALL-OR-NOTHING MINDSETS, AND HELP THEM TO BUILD THE MODERATE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE THAT WORKS FOR THEM.
