YOU WILL NEED

I PROVIDE CONSULTATIONS ONLINE, TO FURTHER ACCESS TO SUPPORT FOR WOMEN. ALL CONSULTATIONS ARE DONE OVER ZOOM VIDEO CALL, WHEREVER YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WHETHER THAT IS IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME OR YOUR FAVOURITE GYM.

 

- A WEB CAMERA THAT ALLOWS YOU TO DEMONSTRATE FULL BODY MOVEMENTS. A LAPTOP OR A SUPPORTED PHONE WORKS GREAT. YOU MAY HAVE SOMEONE HOLD THE CAMERA FOR YOU IF THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU.

- COMFORTABLE CLOTHING (WORKOUT GEAR IS PERFECT.)

- SPACE TO LIE DOWN (A WORKOUT MAT OR RUG MAKES THIS MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE) AND TO MOVE FREELY, TO DEMONSTRATE SOME BASIC MOVEMENT PATTERNS.
