NO MATTER HOW FIT WE ARE, WE CANNOT OUT-TRAIN THE PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM STAGES. CONSIDERATIONS MUST BE MADE WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING. 

IT'S NECESSARY TO ADAPT YOUR TRAINING TO SUPPORT OUR BODY DURING PREGNANCY. IT'S ALSO SO IMPORTANT TO LAY A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR HEALING AFTERWARDS. 

 

RESTORING STRENGTH AND FUNCTION TO YOUR CORE, PELVIC FLOOR, AND WHOLE BODY WILL SUPPORT YOU IN EXERCISE, MOTHERHOOD, AND BEYOND, FOR LIFE.

I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN.

AS A MOM OF FOUR AND A PRE & POSTNATAL FITNESS SPECIALIST

NOTHING ABOUT PREGNANCY, BIRTH, OR POSTPARTUM WAS WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE.

MY BODY COMPLETELY CHANGED AND I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY OWN SKIN.

I OFTEN COULDN'T SLEEP DUE TO PELVIC PAIN IN PREGNANCY.

SOMETIMES, EVEN WALKING WAS UNCOMFORTABLE.

IT TOOK TWO BABIES BEFORE I REALIZED THERE WAS SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT WITH MY CORE AND THAT IT DIDN'T SEEM TO BE RESOLVING ON IT'S OWN. 

UPON FINDING OUT THAT I HAD SEVERE DIASTASIS RECTI AND THAT THE PELVIC FLOOR SYMPTOMS I WAS CONTINUING TO EXPERIENCE WEREN'T NORMAL, I WAS DEVASTATED, HOPELESS, ANGRY. 

NOBODY SEEMED TO KNOW HOW TO HELP ME AND IT WAS OVERWHELMING TO NAVIGATE ALONE.

I FOUGHT HARD TO FIND ANSWERS AND TO HEAL MY BODY. I CAN NOW SAY THAT I AM STRONGER AND FITTER THAN I EVER HAVE BEEN. I WANTED OTHER WOMEN TO FIND THE SAME SUCCESS SO I BECAME THE COACH I WISHED I'D HAD. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO EVER FEEL ALONE, HOPELESS, OR TO HAVE TO SAY "NOBODY TOLD ME."
