month one - WE GET YOU STARTED WITH YOUR INTAKE FORMS, INITIAL ASSESSMENT, AND MOVEMENT SCREENINGS. I GATHER INFO ON WHAT YOU NEED YOUR PROGRAM TO LOOK LIKE TO SUIT YOUR BODY AND LIFESTYLE. YOUR PROGRAM IS READY WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HRS AFTER YOUR ASSESSMENT AND YOU GET EXERCISING!

IN THE FIRST MONTH, WE WILL BE FOCUSED ON BUILDING CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR AWARENESS, EDUCATION, TESTING MOVEMENTS AND STRATEGIES AS YOU MOVE THROUGH YOUR WORKOUTS, AND GETTING YOU IN TO A ROUTINE.

 

month two - WE CONTINUE TO TACKLE ANY SYMPTOMS THAT COME UP AND BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION. YOU'RE ABLE TO UPLOAD FORM VIDEOS, COMMENTS, AND SEND ME QUESTIONS THROUGH VOXER. WE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD AWARENESS AND STRENGTH IN YOUR CORE, PELVIC FLOOR, AND WHOLE BODY, WHILE FINDING YOU STRATEGIES TO MAKE SURE YOU FEEL SUPPORTED IN EXERCISE AND IN DAILY LIFE (LET'S BE REAL: LIFTING TODDLERS IS NO JOKE.) WE'LL TALK THROUGH OLD MINDSETS THAT MAY BE HOLDING YOU BACK.

 

month three - YOU'LL LIKELY SEE THE CHALLENGE INCREASE AT THIS POINT AS WE UP YOUR WORKOUT INTENSITY! ONCE YOU'VE GAINED AWARENESS AND CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR CONTROL, WE'LL LET YOUR BODY DO IT'S THING AND  UP THE STRENGTH. WE'LL ALSO FOCUS ON STRATEGIES TO HELP YOU CONTINUE TO BE CONSISTENCE, NOW THAT THE "NEW PROGRAM START EXCITEMENT" HAS SETTLED INTO MORE OF A ROUTINE.

 

month four  - BY THIS POINT, YOU'LL LIKELY BE SEEING SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS IN YOUR PAIN AND SYMPTOMS AND FEEL MORE CONFIDENT IN THE TOOLS YOU HAVE TO HANDLE THEM. YOU'LL BE FEELING STRONGER, WHICH IS GREAT BECAUSE WE'RE GOING TO UP THAT INTENSITY AGAIN! 

IF YOU'RE ON THE HABIT-BASED NUTRITION TRACK, WE WILL HAVE YOUR ASSESSMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND BEGIN TO LAYER AWARENESS OF WHAT'S WORKING FOR YOU (AND WHAT ISN'T) INTO YOUR PROGRAM.

 

month five - IF YOU HAVE AN INTEREST IN HIGH-IMPACT OR HIGH-INTENSITY ACTIVITIES (OR OTHER MORE SPECIFIC GOALS,) THIS IS USUALLY WHERE WE'LL SHIFT YOUR PROGRAM'S FOCUS. WHETHER YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC GOAL OR TYPE OF EXERCISE YOU WANT TO WORK TOWARDS, WE MAY START TESTING MORE COMPLEX MOVEMENTS. WE'LL MAKE A PLAN SPECIFIC TO WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS TO GET WHERE YOU WANT TO GO NEXT.
