MY LEGS, KNEES AND BACK HURT ALL THE TIME AND I WAS HAVING ISSUES CARRYING MY KIDS. DEFINITELY! IT IS HELPFUL TO KNOW THAT ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN POSTPARTUM, YOU ARE ALWAYS POSTPARTUM. THERE IS NO DEADLINE, WHICH IS A GREAT THING! IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO CONSIDER OR MAKE PROGRESS ON YOUR CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR STRENGTH AND FUNCTION.

OUR BODIES ARE ALWAYS CHANGING AND ADAPTING. THE STRATEGIES THAT YOU WILL LEARN WILL STAY WITH YOU MOVING FORWARD. HOWEVER, MANY OF THE VIDEO TOPICS AND THE GENTLER APPROACH ARE GEARED MORE TOWARDS EARLY POSTPARTUM.
