THIS FINAL WEEK OF RESTORE, YOU ARE CONTINUING TO BUILD STRENGTH BY COMPLETING THREE TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS DURING THE WEEK. THE WORKOUTS CONTINUE TO INCREASE IN INTENSITY AND DIFFICULTY THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM.
